Our daughter loves dressing up. In fact, she chooses what she wants to wear in the mornings for daycare or the outfit she wants to wear for a special occasion. Letting your kids pick their clothes is a very good idea as it boosts their self esteem, they learn to develop their own opinions, it's giving them some freedom and it teaches them how to make decisions. And most importantly (for me at least) it helps us, the parents :) Especially when you have three little children to get ready in the morning.
